In Javanese culture, Sengkolo is a negative entity that often haunts people, bringing misfortune and disaster. On the first night of Suro, Sengkolo set out to target several Weton who were his prey.. The original title was called "Sengkolo: Pemandi Mayat".. Just finished watching it in a Malaysian cinema, quite shocked that there are no reviews for this movie yet. I am a crazy horror movie enthusiast. For me: The acting is spot on. I feel a family connection between them. Some of the supporting actors may need a little tweaking, but overall pretty good. Ghost is really scary and realistic. Although there are a lot of jump scare scenes, but that’s a compliment to the movie. Yes2. A scary scary movie.+ supporting actor in a cinema where everyone screams when a certain scene happens. If Indonesian horror movie continues to improve, I’m pretty sure it can go worldwide.
